Should we did a quick and blind fix by removing or replacing "UTF characters like ü or chinese/japanese characters" from the input string to make permalink?
It's like Google Blogger always remove non-ascii character from a post's url.

Hmmm....
I'm not sure what to do :(
I'm sad because the specs pass and it works fine on localhost, but not on http://alonetone.com
I guess it's a db issue and I have to look into how mysql is storing the data...
