Improve refferer specification in URL

Currently an mp3 url looks like this:
http://alonetone.com/sudara/trac...
or
http://alonetone.com/sudara/trac...
I would like to make it possible to do this
http://alonetone.com/sudara/trac...
So that there are no params after the .mp3 (this is a problem for some flash players, for example)
We need to make this change and keep it backwards compatible (so we should use specs)
