Track info gets cut off if you are playing a track and then open a track's tabs ABOVE the playing track

sandbags: thanks for the bug report, i've seen that happen, but never nailed it down to exactly what was causing the issue -
so it's really if you are playing a track below the track that you then open. Hmmmmm..... logging it in my notebook, thanks!
