Vimeo support

At the moment we support the idea of a YouTube video to go with a track. I personally use Vimeo, rather than YouTube, as their interface is so much better and you don't have all the YouTube jackassery to contend with.
This might be as simple as allowing the user to enter a URL for a video, rather than just the end part with "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" hard-coded as it is now (in which case other sites than Vimeo would also be automatically supported).
Most sites also offer a simple embedding, maybe we should allow you to add that (or can it go in the description? It's not clear).

Sounds like a plan! I'm down with either specifying urls (easier on users?) or textarea for placing embed.
