firefox upload issue (detect firefox, ask them to use another browser on upload)

Firefox reports mp3s as application/binary (at least in tests we've performed).
To fix this, I believe we can no longer use attachment_fu's content type check - we actually have to open the file and use the mime types gem to read the first part of the file (ala how the paperclip plugin works) - or, we could also use ruby-mp3info to confirm it's a valid mp3.

Users are reporting this issue on Chrome too - yet to do mime type checking on chrome, but it seems to affect people on chrome/firefox BOTH, otherwise neither. Might have something to do with OSX somehow?

FireFox on Snow Leopard sent a mime-type of "audio/mpeg3" for the muppets.mp3.
I prefer validating the raw data uploaded by the user.

Hmm, is it reporting audio/mpeg or audio/mpeg3 ?
In some cases (intermittent, depending on User) FF/Chrome doesn't report audio/mpeg, but instead reports application/binary.
